I hold several weekend workshops every year as well as working with Richard Moss. I assist Richard during the Radical Aliveness Seminars in California and France. The idea of being able to truly participate in "Designing Your Life" thrills me. To know that I am aware that my thinking defines how I feel from moment to moment opens a vaste landscape of possibilites.
